The Inner Edge is a 1-on-1 coaching experience designed for high school and college female athletes who want to maximize their potential — but are struggling with confidence, leadership, or resilience.

You’ll Learn To

  • Build confidence rooted in self-awareness, not just performance

  • Develop emotional regulation tools for pressure moments

  • Lead authentically and influence others through who you are

  • Reframe setbacks into growth and self-trust

  • Strengthen resilience and connection to your values

Program Structure

Length: 10 weeks
Format: One 60-minute 1:1 session per week (Zoom or in person)
Includes:

  • Weekly reflection prompts and integration practices

  • Optional midweek check-ins

  • Personalized support around current challenges and goals

Each session blends reflection, dialogue, and practical tools to help you perform and lead with grounded confidence.
