The Inner Edge is a 1-on-1 coaching experience designed for high school and college female athletes who want to maximize their potential — but are struggling with confidence, leadership, or resilience.
You’ll Learn To

Program Structure
Length: 10 weeks
Format: One 60-minute 1:1 session per week (Zoom or in person)
Includes:
Weekly reflection prompts and integration practices
Optional midweek check-ins
Personalized support around current challenges and goals
Each session blends reflection, dialogue, and practical tools to help you perform and lead with grounded confidence.
